How to use this site
Site navigation
First select the type of content you wish to view. Your options are: General Viewbies or Adult Viewbies.
Clicking on General Viewbies:
This will enable you to browse the general content, adult content will not be available to you.
Clicking on Adult Content: You must be of appropriate age to view our adult content.
This will provide you with a further two options: Straight or Gay.
Choose either of these and the site will present you with Viewbies in that category.
You can change category by clicking on the appropriate button.
Once you've made your choice you will able to browse the Viewbies (movies) or DVDs in that category.
Previewing Viewbies.
Clicking on any of the thumbnails will activate the flash player (please make sure you have the latest version installed), you will then be presented with a short preview of the viewbie of your choice.
If you like the viewbie and would like to buy the full version then click on Add to my Viewbies and it will be added to your collection. Continue browsing and adding the viewbies of your choice using the above method.
Ready to build your DVD.
Click on My Viewbies at the top of the screen. This will take you to the DVD construction page. Here you add the Viewbies you want by clicking Add to DVD compilation. You can add up to one and a half hours of content from any category. If you choose a combination of Viewbies that we already have available on DVD, the site will tell you.
Ready Made DVDs
You can buy any of our ready-made DVDs by clicking on DVD at the top of the screen and browsing them. Click Add to selection.
Once your choice is made click on Proceed To Checkout and fill in your details.
Pay
Finally click on PAY, you will then be redirected to a secure (encrypted) Pay Service where you can pay for you purhases with the credit card of your choice.

Privacy Policy
When you provide us with information through Viewberty website (the "Site"), we respect your privacy. It is important for you to understand what information we collect about you during your visit and what we do with that information. Your visit to the Site is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. Please note that this Privacy Policy governs only information provided to Viewberty. This Privacy Policy was last updated 30 April 2007.
1. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information by Viewberty
We do not collect personally identifiable information about you, except when you provide it to us. For example, if you decide to complete a user registration form or online survey, you may be asked to provide certain information such as your contact information (name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number). If you decide to subscribe, we will also need to know your billing address, credit card number and expiration date. To protect your personal information, users registering must also enter a user name/email address and password. If you would prefer that we not collect any personally identifiable information from you, please do not provide us with any such information.
When you submit your personally identifiable information, you are giving your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
2. Use of Personally Identifiable Information
a. Newsletter
If you register for the newsletter or at other times when you submit personally identifiable information, the information you provide may be used by Viewberty to create and deliver to you our newsletters, surveys or other communications containing product information or promotions.
b. Communications to Serve You
If you have elected to provide us with your contact information, e.g., by registering at the Site, emailing our Customer Service department or subscribing, we may provide you with service related announcements concerning the Site or contact you regarding your customer service requests. These types of communications are necessary to serve you, respond to your concerns and to provide the high level of customer service that Viewberty offers its customers.
3. No Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information for Third Party Marketing Without Your Consent
We will never provide your personally identifiable information to third parties for their use in marketing their products or services to you without your consent.

a. Fraud Protection and Compliance with Law
We may disclose any information, including personally identifiable information, we deem necessary, in our sole discretion, to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. We may also exchange information, including personally identifiable information, with other companies and organizations for credit fraud protection and risk reduction.

We may retain other companies and individuals to perform functions consistent with our Privacy Policy on our behalf. Examples include customer support specialists, webhosting companies and email service providers. Age Restrictions
You must be of appropriate age to order and receive the DVDs. If you are ordering a DVD for any other person, you confirm that the intended recipient of the order is of the appropriate age to view the DVD ordered. If a child watches an age-restricted title when they are not of the relevant age, they may become upset by the content of such title. Viewberty urges you to act responsibly therefore when choosing a DVD for viewing by someone else in your household.
Our DVDs
Our DVDs (PAL format) are manufactured with care and attention to detail. We only use the best DVDs available and the booktype has been set to DVD-ROM to ensure DVD player compatability.
The Menu navigation has been designed for ease of use and clearly lists all content. Each DVD contains at least 3 trailer clips (if available) of similar content. Since taste in music is a very personal thing, only a few of our Viewbies have background music.
Prices
The prices payable for the DVDs that you order are clearly set out on the Site, ready made DVDs from €10 and compiled DVDs €29. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable. There is no delivery charge.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the Site are correct. In the unlikely event that an error is made in the price shown on the Site, We will not be liable to supply the product to you at the stated price. In those circumstances, We will not dispatch the item but will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the product at that price.

Credit Card Validation Check
All credit / debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Us, We will not be liable for any delay or non-acceptance of orders.

Returns
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but should the DVD you ordered be faulty, please contact Viewberty Customer Services at info(at)viewberty.com. We will replace the faulty DVD with a new DVD of the same title only.
Delivery
We shall deliver the DVDs to the delivery address that you supply, provided this is a valid address. We aim to deliver your order to you in one single delivery (subject to availability) and as quickly as possible. Most DVDs (with the exception of à la Carte DVDs which are made to order and therefore a premium service) will be posted to you within 2 working days of receiving your order, for à la carte DVDs within 4 working days. We will advise you by email if there is likely to be a delay in dispatching your order. Any times or dates stated on the Site for delivery are estimates only. We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver DVDs within the time specified, but do not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time.

How can I pay for my DVDs?
You can pay for your purchase with a credit card - Mastercard & Visa.
All credit card transaction information is delivered to our payment carrier Payvision over a secure SSL connection.
Although we don't recommend this, if you wish to pay with cash, please print off the form and send this with your money by registered post to :

k). Our Liability to You
We promise that all DVDs will correspond with their relevant description on the Site, that they will be of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose for which they are sold (i.e. non-commercial, domestic use). We also promise that any service we provide to you will be provided with reasonable skill and care. We exclude all other express or implied terms, conditions, warranties, or representations whatsoever with regard to the sale of DVDs or any information or service provided through the Site.
Our total liability to you for any losses suffered by you will be limited to either the amount paid by you for the purchase of the DVD or to the provision of a replacement copy of the DVD concerned (at our sole discretion). We accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, however caused, even if foreseeable.
The above limitations on Our liability do not affect your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer. We exclude all liability to the extent permitted by law, for any costs, losses or damages resulting from or related to your use or attempted use of DVDs in countries other than the Netherlands.
Except in respect of a payment obligation, neither party will be liable for any failure to perform any obligation owed to the other due to causes beyond its reasonable control, for example, industrial disputes, acts of God and technical difficulties.
l). Your Further Obligations to Us
You agree that you will not use the DVDs for any commercial or illegal purpose or for any other purpose prohibited by these Terms. You agree to abide by the terms of any copyright notice contained on any DVD, for example, the prohibition on a) copying of any of the DVDs; b) renting or otherwise supplying them to third parties; or c) allowing minors to view unsuitable material. You must ensure that the health of viewers will not be adversely affected by the viewing of DVDs (for example, epileptics watching films containing strobe lighting). If you breach these Terms your permission to use the Site terminates immediately. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage from the illegal, incorrect or inappropriate use of the DVDs purchased through the Site by you or anyone else.
m). Waiver and Severance
Any failure, or delay by either party in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any court or other competent authority, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
n). Assignment
You agree that We may assign any of Our rights and/or transfer, sub-contract or delegate any of Our obligations under these Terms. These Terms are personal to you and are entered into by you for your own benefit and not for the benefit of any third party.
o). Variation of these Terms
In the event that We alter these Terms We shall take all reasonable and appropriate steps to notify you of such changes, for example, by prominently displaying the amended version on the Site. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, please do not continue to buy DVDs on the Site.
p). Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Statement, the Web Site Terms and Conditions any order form and payment method instructions, if any, contain the entire agreement between you and Us. You acknowledge and agree that you have not entered into these Terms in reliance on any statement or representation of any person other than as expressly incorporated in these terms and conditions.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Web Site Terms and Conditions (see Disclaimer), these Terms shall prevail to the extent that such conflict relates to the sale of DVDs on the Site.

All notices shall be given:

publishing relevant information on the Site.
Notice will be deemed received either when an email is received in full (or else on the next business day if it is received on a weekend or public holiday in the place of receipt), three days from the date of posting where any notice is posted to you, or immediately upon publication of any relevant information on the Site.
r). Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with Dutch law. You agree that the courts of The Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms.
18 U.S.C. Section 2257 Voluntary Compliance Notice
All persons appearing in any of our visuals portraying actions of a sexual nature, either actual or simulated, were at least 18 years of age at the time of production. All necessary paperwork pertaining to such visuals, including model release forms, and photographic proof of age are kept on file at:
